About Kam

Kam Grant was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She started her career in banking in 1999, following her passion to get into real estate, she relocated to northern California in 2005. 

Integrity is the cornerstone of Kam’s business. She handles each client’s situation with a unique, personalized approach, by getting them a loan that fits their needs at a competitive rate. She has originated and closed many challenging transactions and has worked with several first time home-buyers, self-employed borrowers, low-to-moderate income borrowers and high net worth borrowers. She strives to match borrowers with a mortgage loan product that will benefit them financially. With her ability to originate loans in multiple states and her constant availability to her borrowers and realtors. Kam separates herself from other mortgage loan originators. Her goal is to make deals close and doors open. 

When not in the office, Kam maintains a healthy balance in her life by immersing herself with non-profit organizations and participating in various community workshops for the betterment of the communities she serves. Kam is also a proud and active board member of PWA Community Angels Inc., a non-profit organization. Aside from that, she can be found spending quality time with her daughter her pride and joy, family and friends, or traveling the world, in search for the latest and greatest restaurants.
